(this service is available for addresses within Klang Valley only, subject to
runner availability, which we will advise you upon receipt of your order).
Delivery charge is ranging from RM10 to RM30 depending on the location. You may
consider using this service for any of your urgent orders, as we would try to
arrange for same day delivery, whenever possible. Delivery charge for same
day delivery and next working day delivery is the same. Fee quoted is
final and not subject to any negotiations.

We will
use courier service for the below locations:
a) Within Peninsular Malaysia
(except for Langkawi)

International Orders
We deliver to anywhere in the world via our
Pos Malaysia registered air mail or any
other courier services. Let us know your
preference and we will advise you on the charges
accordingly. HOWEVER,
as we frequently ship to Singapore and
Brunei, so the shipping fee to these 2 neighboring countries will also be
auto calculated upon checkout when ordering. :-)
We regret that orders cannot be cancelled or
altered once it has been processed and delivered.
You may however arrange for exchange after you have received
your orders. Please refer to our Returns and
Exchanges policy.
We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be
accommodated. However, we will gladly accept
any request to exchange that is made within 7 days
from the date of receiving your items, which is subject to confirmation
with us either by email or telephone. The
following guidelines apply:

Exchanges cannot be accepted on worn, soiled,
stained or washed merchandise
* Items to be sent back to us with their
original packaging, in a re-sellable
condition
*
Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be
eligible for
Exchanges
* Exchange Items should be sent to us at Customer's
own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not
refundable.
* Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be
borne by the customers.
* For replacement
items of lower value, the excess amount will be
credited into customers' accounts with us as
shopping points (with cash value), which can be
used by the customers for their future purchases
with us. For replacement items of higher value,
customers will make good the difference.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss
or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items
properly to ensure that items do not get damaged
in transit and register/insure them if sending by
normal post.
Since many computer monitors vary, actual colours
of the items offered for sale may be a little
different from what you see on these pages. We
apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Standard paper
wrapping is available for free, except for nursing
pillows and mattresses.

FabulousMom.com or our boutiques, you will earn points for the
money you spend, inclusive of what you have paid
for delivery. Once earned, you will be able
to use those points to pay for future purchases at
our online store and also retail showroom. You may log in to your
account at anytime to check on points available,
and points available will also be shown during
checkout for your redemption. Points can be
accumulated. We apologise that this program
is not valid for purchases via credit card
payment.

Looking to purchase a new stroller/car seat and do not know what to do with your
current stroller/car seat?
No worries. We, at Fabulous Mom, have a solution for you.
Bring your used stroller/car seat to us and we will help to sell if off for you.
Just a few terms & conditions to be agreed upon:
1.
Used stroller/car seat must be in good condition
2.
Do have the stroller/car seat cleaned

3.
You determine the selling price.
4.
If sold, we will collect the payment on your behalf. The balance, less our
commission will be handed over to you within 2 weeks from the sale.
What’s our charges?
If you purchase a new stroller/car
seat from us,
1.
we will collect only a minimal fee of 13% from the selling price of the used
stroller/car seat
2.
for the new stroller/car seat, you will get 20% discount from the original
price. If the particular stroller/car seat is on offer of up to 20%, no further
discount will be given. If the discount is less than 20%, you will get 20%
discount from the original price.
3.
Stroller/car seat must be left at our outlets for a minimum of 3 months and a
maximum of 6 months.
4.
Should you decide to take the stroller/car seat back before the expiry of 3
months, a surcharge of 10% from your selling price will be imposed.
5.
If the stroller/car seat remains unsold after 6 months, we will request that you
either bring home the stroller/car seat or lower the selling price.
If you do not purchase new
stroller/car seat from us,
1.
we will collect an admin fee of 20% from the selling price of the used
stroller/car seat.
2.
Stroller/car seat must be left at our outlets for a minimum of 3 months and a
maximum of 6 months.
