Delivery Options

Within Malaysia

1) Courier Service (Pos Laju and KTM Express) and Registered Parcel Service (Pos Malaysia)

We will use courier service for the below locations:

a) Within Peninsular Malaysia (except for Langkawi)

b)Langkawi, Labuan, Sabah & Sarawak (for orders below 500g)

We will use Registered Parcel Service for the below locations:

a)Langkawi, Labuan, Sabah and Sarawak

2)Self-Collection from our boutiques in Bandar Puchong Jaya or Taman Tun Dr. Ismail

International Orders

We deliver to anywhere in the world via our Pos Malaysia registered air mail or any other courier services. Let us know your preference and we will advise you on the charges accordingly. HOWEVER, as we frequently ship to Singapore and Brunei, so the shipping fee to these 2 neighboring countries will also be auto calculated upon checkout when ordering.

Orders Cancellation

We regret that orders cannot be cancelled or altered once it has been processed and delivered.  You may however arrange for exchange after you have received your orders.  Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Returns and Exchanges

We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated.  However, we will gladly accept any request to exchange that is made within 7 days from the date of receiving your items, which is subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone.  The following guidelines apply:

* Exchanges cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise

* Items to be sent back to us with their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition

* Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for exchanges

* Exchange Items should be sent to us at Customer's own cost.

* Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.

* Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be borne by the customers.

* For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be credited into customers' accounts with us as shopping points (with cash value), which can be used by the customers for their future purchases with us. For replacement items of higher value, customers will make good the difference.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange.  Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post.

About 2% Rebate and Rebate Program

Earning Referral Points

Redeeming RM10 Voucher
Easy! Just key in the voucher number in the comment box during checkout, deduct RM10 from total order amount, and make payment for the new total after deduction. If you wish to make payment via credit card, please email us for assistance. The RM10 voucher is valid for purchases of products under the trademarked label of Fabulous Mom and My Lovely Closet only, namely our nursing/maternity bras, nursing/maternity wear, etc... and it is valid fro normal price items only. Used Strollers Program

Looking to purchase a new stroller and do not know what to do with your current stroller? No worries. We, at Fabulous Mom, have a solution for you. Bring your used stroller to us and we will help to sell if off for you.

Just a few terms & conditions to be agreed upon:

1. Used stroller must be in good condition

2. Do have the stroller cleaned

3. You determine the selling price.

If sold, we will collect the payment on your behalf. The balance, less our commission will be handed over to you within 2 weeks from the sale.

What is our charges?

If you purchase a new stroller from us,

1. we will collect only a minimal fee of 13% from the selling price of the used stroller

2. for the new stroller, you will get 20% discount from the original price. If the particular stroller is on offer of up to 20%, no further discount will be given. If the discount is less than 20%, you will get 20% discount from the original price.

3. Stroller must be left at our outlets for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months.

4. Should you decide to take the stroller back before the expiry of 3 months, a surcharge of 10% from your selling price will be imposed.

5. If the stroller remains unsold after 6 months, we will request that you either bring home the stroller or lower the selling price.

If you do not purchase new stroller from us,

1. we will collect an admin fee of 20% from the selling price of the used stroller.

2. Stroller must be left at our outlets for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months.
