1. Do I need to register to place an order?
Yes, registration is necessary for you to make a purchase at fabulousmom.com. Click HERE to create a FREE account with us. As a registered member, you are able to track your purchases and be notified of Fabulous Mom’s latest promotions. 

2. Are my information safe with you?

3. How do I place an order?

4. Can I change / cancel my order? 
Yes, please call our Online Team at +6017-222 8121 as soon as possible and we will modify your order accordingly.If the items of your order have been shipped, we will contact you to return the items back and you will be reimbursed in the form of store credit of the price paid. A processing fee of RM6 (for Peninsular Malaysia) and RM 9 (for Sabah & Sarawak) will be charged and deducted from the store credit. For more information, please read our Returns and Exchange HERE.

5.What is Voucher Code?
Voucher code is a shortcode that carries cash value of specific amount. On your checkout to purchase from our website, you can apply the voucher code and you will get a discount of the value that the voucher code is entitled for. 

6. What is your Return Policy?
Returns and exchange is only applicable for non-sale items and Fabulous Mom will issue Voucher Code equivalent to the amount of the item for all returns (No Cash Refund). A processing fee of RM 6 (Peninsular Malaysia) and RM 9(For Sabah and Sarawak) will be charged for each returned item. 7. Where do you ship to?

8. How to get and redeem Shopping Point?
