Time flies that soon our Internet boutique will be 2 years old – we set up this cozy home business on 6 July 2004!  The Internet boutique started of with selling our very unique range of house brand product - Fabulous Mom nursing maternity lingerie.  I have later added in some breastfeeding bliss products like breastpumps, nursing pillows and some other useful breastfeeding accessories, with the aim of helping nursing moms sail through their breastfeeding journey more comfortably and confidently. 

Soon, words spread out on our uniquely designed, good quality and value for money nursing maternity lingerie range that we have got the opportunity to expand our market offline – by distributing our products to other mother and baby retail outlets in Malaysia.  Today, Fabulous Mom nursing maternity lingerie range is easily available online at our very own Internet boutique surely, and also in more than 10 retail outlets all over Klang Valley and other states in Malaysia.  Besides, we have a few other Internet stores which are also Malaysian based and some are Singaporean based carrying our products. Fabulousmom.com Internet boutique started of an as static website, which customers have to send in orders ‘manually’ via emails, telephone or fax.  Now, to serve all our valued customers better, we have upgraded our website to a full e-commerce website with online credit card payment available – we really wish to make online shopping as convenient as possible for all the fabulous moms and dads who have been supporting us!  It’s our small way of saying ‘thank you, thank you and thank you….’ 

Besides, we have added in many more breastfeeding bliss products, just to name a few like milk maid tea, papaw ointment, nursing tops, super quality ice sheets, economical breastmilk storage bags, etc…  And also we have added in a few more new sessions like pampering moms, feeding fun, travel safe, sleep sound, giving a gift, maternity elegance, etc…  Do spend some time to check it out, you may find a new ‘love’ for yourself or for your loved ones, and do share it with your friends generously.  We rely a lot on words-of-mouth marketing, as you know that small business has tight marketing budget.

Our little team is still remaining the same at the point of writing.  I’m still running the business full time mostly myself.  Ryan is still playing the role of ‘advisor’ and ‘loyal listener’ and sometimes ‘dispatch’ well.  Little Eugene who will be 3 years old soon is still very much involved in the business – from accompanying me to the post office sending out parcels, testing new products and yes, still doing his very favourite task of giving out my business card and will never forget to add the word ‘take’.  We have got a live-in maid - Tina recently, who is learning to be well versed about breastfeeding and she has been showing keen interest to know more about the products – hoping to start her own business when she goes back to her homeland.  And the most exciting part is that we will have a new addition in the family soon!  We are expecting a new baby girl end of this month – our little team is getting bigger and I have one more model to help testing out products – probably we will have more girlish products soon in our store!

Our unchanged mission is to bring more quality, comfortable and value for money nursing maternity bras to mothers like me.  Whilst our new mission is to continue bringing more mothers (and fathers) approved products to as many mothers as possible locally and internationally.  Please continue to extend your valuable supports to us!  Thanks for growing with us too.
